Achello Productions is a California based company with a global perspective, providing production and co-production services on documentary and feature film projects. Further extending our expertise to non-profit and socially conscious organizations, we work for the propagation of important stories and information.

We are a team of writers, producers, editors, cinematographers and post-production specialists dedicated to producing quality documentaries and feature films across the world. From seasoned professionals to new voices, we all share the same vision.

Our focus is the geography and culture of North America, the Middle East, South Asia, and the bridges between them. We have produced works from all these parts of the world on subjects and issues that are relevant to both the local and international communities of today. No matter the format, audience, or location, delivering a benevolent message is our goal. Blending local and global, East and West, youth and experience, we bring a refreshing perspective to cinema.

History

Achello Productions sprung to life from the fusion of film and marketing, as a division of Aleph Consulting, a provider of internet, technology, and media for non-profits since 1995. In its growth as a consulting firm to non-profits, media became a progressively important component of the Aleph suite of services, resulting in collaborations with various filmmakers. This eventually bloomed into a permanent film and media division.

''A Different World,'' a salute to Orange County volunteers, was shown at the Spirit of Volunteerism Awards, Disneyland. ''Madrassas'' takes viewers to the other side of the globe to explore the truth about these schools of Islamic learning. ''Venice Beat'' is a window into a California oasis where all walks of life come together in a celebration of rhythm and life. ''A Lyncharm Studio Tour'' shows the skilled and loving process behind hand-crafted ceramics in the heart of Nova Scotia. The world’s cultures, passions, and communities are our subjects.

Whether to educate, promote ideas, or honor humanity's achievements, Achello Productions continues to bring stories to the screen. Accepting commissions and independently producing films, we are always searching for ideas, big or small, that affect the world. Achello Productions has worked with an extraordinary mix of people over several continents on countless projects. It is our wish to continue exploring the world through the camera’s lens.
